Ready pieces that arrive damaged or substantially different from what was agreed may be eligible for exchange or store credit. Please notify us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Non-returnable
Custom, made-to-measure, stitched and personalised pieces, as well as jewellery, are non-returnable.
